Home Care Packages in Tweed
The Home Care Package Program provides support for older Australians to stay in their home longer.
Understanding home care packages
With home care packages, older Australians receive funding from the government to live with assisted care delivered right to their homes. An approved provider will arrange for community services, social support, care services, and equipment to ensure a safe home environment with equipment such as guardrails and ramps.
