Home Care Package subsidies are granted based on your specific care and support needs. In general terms, Home Care Packages are provided in accordance with 4 specified levels of care needs from basic to high level.

When it comes to making the most of your Home Care Package subsidy, Home Care Assistance North Coast has the experience to help you get the most out of your package.  We are here to ensure that all your health and well-being needs will be taken care of and your subsidy utilised as efficiently as possible.  Our goal is to ensure that through the meeting of these needs, you will be able to live safely and independently in your own home.
