We believe the process of caring for your parent or relative should be as unique as their personality traits and life experience requires. We focus on the individual preferences of our clients and the deep knowledge of their family. We learn about a senior’s daily dreams and wishes, struggles and home environment, and we consistently evaluate and provide family communication updates. We know how important it is to meet your loved one’s individual care needs, because we’ve been there, too.
We both had parents who passed away in nursing home facilities. When the time came that they needed support, we did not have the option of at-home care. We were advised it was time for them to exit from independence at home and go to a care facility. We were not able to create arrangements allowing them to stay at home and receive assistance with their activities of daily living from in-home Caregivers and nursing services. Looking back, we now realise that the last years of their lives could have been happier, healthier – and more comfortable – if we found quality at-home care for them.
Years later, we’ve decided we want to help create options for ageing-at-home with exceptional care. We see others struggling to help ageing parents and our research led us to a company that stands head-and-shoulders above all others. The call to “Live Well at Home” with Home Care Assistance resonated with us, and the mission, “Changing the Way the World Ages”, motivated us to join this company.
We serve with compassion and devotion, helping seniors with the tasks of daily living including:
